Sanssouci Cottage is a distinctive, rustic country house available for boutique stays, intimate celebrations, and corporate retreats at the doors of the Sanssouci Park in the Center of Potsdam.
Boutique stays
Rent the entire cottage as a private vacation home for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Its spacious communal areas, private bedrooms and direct access to the surrounding greenery make it ideal for weekends, holidays and special getaways in Potsdam.
Private events
The cottage provides an intimate setting for small weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, private dinners and other special occasions. The large open living space can be arranged for dining, celebrating or spending time together, while the garden is ideal for outdoor gatherings and barbecue dinners.
Corporate retreats
Companies, startups and small teams can use the cottage for off-site meetings, workshops, seminars, strategy sessions and creative retreats. The open-plan loft offers space for collaboration, presentations and shared meals, with comfortable lounge areas for informal discussions and breaks.

The 18th-century cottage forms part of the protected historic landscape of the “Berlin–Potsdam Cultural Landscape” and lies within the immediate surroundings of the world-renowned Sanssouci parklands.
The Space
The upper floor features one spacious, loft-like room with:

A comfortable lounge area for relaxing and informal conversations
The lower floor includes four bedrooms:

Two bedrooms with queen-size beds measuring 160 cm

One bedroom with a 120 cm comfort bed

One bedroom with two single beds
Each bedroom has its own private shower and sink area.
The house also includes two separate toilets.
The garden
The private garden offers a peaceful outdoor space for resting, dining and spending time together. It is particularly suited to summer evenings, barbecue dinners and relaxed gatherings.
The cottage also benefits from its own access leading directly into Sanssouci Park.
Use of the second garden may be arranged individually upon request.
